Ok so in summary we are looking at a melee based drone can opener, a bomb drone, a soldier who is doing something, new tripod head and body,a heat canon for the tripod, and a a cage attachment. Sounds good but it has been a while since we heard anything the human Goliath tank.
I still like the idea of a simple ceramic plate add-on for tanks and field guns. This also adds more detail to the miniatures for example a mk 2 steamer tank covered in clay house tiles does have its appeal. Ceramics however are not effective against melee attacks and can break off leaving it vulnerable to heat rays.
Also were the Morlocks the ones in the rule book that left all those tunnels in Antarctica?
My only concern with using gold leaf for protection is did they have the the right tech at that time to make the amount that they needed.
The advantages with ceramics is the heat resistance (example the space programs used ceramic plating on the front of shuttles due to the heat caused by reentry) and they did have pottery around this time. I would need to do some more research to determine which ceramics around this time would work for making protective plating.
The application for ceramics in armor plating could be used to protect light tanks since they don’t have very thick armor and for various artillery.
While a lot of heat resistant armor given in all quiet on the martian front is made using asbestos I was wondering if it is possible to give some of the new tanks ceramic Plating?
Don,t forget that the humans in game don’t just use tanks to fight tripods. They also use infantry and artillery. So you are also going to need infantry units for the new nations being added.
Also are any of the other nations going to their main tanks made out of plastic?
The Tzar tank can have the guns on the top turret like mounting replaced with small canons or 37mm maxim pom pom guns.
They might also have the issue for too many men and not enough rifles.
Will we be seeing different loadouts for the Tzar Tank for the russians?
I have also used that brand and it worked nicely. Although you might want to go with a black primer due to it being more forgiving.
Don,t forget to prime your metal miniatures.
Other things the French had were that they were the one first to introduce smokeless rifles for the military. This could mean that they have more penitration for there rifles. Also during the interwar years they developed the 194mm gun gpf which was a powerful self-propelled gun.
Still oddball nice narration.
Also that’s not how you make the French flag. You seperate the flash into three parts and dye one part blue and the other red. Careful how you assemble it because you might end up with the Russian flag. Sure you lose the the second world War and everyone forgets what you did in the first.
What were some of the german inventors around that time? They could be used for some of the made up weapons for that faction.
What about the experimental rocket gun featured bf1?
Also they are probably going to war of worlds ify the A7V just like they did for the mk steam tanks.
